Your Data are stored in servers located inside the European Union. It is understood that, if necessary we, as Holder, are entitled to move the servers outside the EU, too. We store the Data we process to the purpose of providing goods and services for the strictly necessary time needed to pursue the purpose. However, because the Data are processed in order to supply you with goods and services, we might retain them for a longer time, particularly for as long as necessary to protect MRS interests from potential responsibilities connected to such supply.

Data we process for Marketing and Profiling purposes will be stored until you withdraw the given and periodically renewed consent. Data processed to the purpose of preventing Abuses/Frauds will be retained for the strictly necessary time needed to the purpose, therefore until MRS is obliged to keep them to protect itself in court and communicate such Data to the competent Authorities.
